Joel Ariori is an astute visionary leader with a penchant for developing growth ideas and empowering talents to actualise and maximise their full potential. With over 25 years of working experience with various multinationals, Joel started his career with West African Portland Cement Plc (now Lafarge) as a graduate trainee, worked at Unilever Nigeria Plc, Coca-Cola Hellenic Nigeria, Unilever Engineering Excellence Team, and was the Customer Supply Chain/Dairy Development Director for Frieslandcampina (WAMCO) Nigeria PLC and Operations Director, West Africa at Finwerd Flavours & Fragrances Limited, before joining the Integrated Dairies limited team as the Chief Operations Officer in July 2025 and currently the Executive Director.
Joel Ariori is a registered Electrical Engineer, with an honours degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and holds a Master’s degree (MSC) from the University of Lagos. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a COREN Registered Electrical Engineer. Joel Ariori is a seasoned Supply Chain professional with a viable track record for leading transformational dynamics in operations management, delivering the competitive advantage.
Joel Ariori’s years of experience span various end-to-end supply chain capacities covering Engineering, Project Management, Plant Management, Logistics, Strategic & Infrastructural Planning, Dairy Operations and Management, Sales & Operational Planning, Continuous/Process Improvements, Risk Management and Sustainability.
Oni Olakitan is an end-to-end Supply Chain management Consultant who consults across Food and Beverages and agribusiness management with a proven record of accomplished successes in Business Process Transformation, through leading major cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives and cross-functional team leadership skills.
For 26 years, Oni has lent his expertise to several companies, including his recent assignment as a General Manager and Project Manager with Olabel Grain Trading Limited, Ilaro, Ogun State. Oni completed an 18,000 tons capacity silo facility and established a 144 tons/day maize milling plant in the same location to produce maize grits for breweries, maize flour and offal for feed mills. Oni has worked as a management consultant to Grand Cereal Company Limited in Jos, a leading company in feed mills and oil processing mill in Nigeria, a General Manager Manufacturing for United African Company Limited/Tiger Brand South Africa with responsibility for Sausage roll, Cake, Coconut Chips, Chin -Chin, Spring Water and Ice cream production across three different locations in Nigeria, to mention but a few. Oni also led the Juice Production for Nigeria Business, and is an expert in the SAP Wave 2 implementation project (Production Execution, Plant Manager in four plants across Nigeria in (Maiduguri, Benin, Enugu and Owerri) for the Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Limited in Nigeria: among others.
Oni holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Benin, Nigeria and is a certified ISO 9000:2000 Lead Auditor, Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON), a member of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers and a member of Nigerian Institute of Management.

Michael Robert is Head of Sales & Marketing at Integrated Dairies Limited, where he drives commercial strategy across all IDL brands. He brings deep expertise in sales strategy, route-to-market execution, and category growth across Nigeria's FMCG sector.
He is a commercial leader with about 15 years of experience driving sales growth, market expansion, and team performance across Nigeria’s FMCG sector. He has built a reputation for turning strategy into execution, leading new market entries, and delivering measurable business results in competitive environments.
At Fair Distribution Conseil - Bonduelle, Michael as Country Manager led the company’s Nigeria market entry with 2 brands of frozen and ambient products in 18 SKUs to surpass first year revenue expectation by 60%.
He recruited and onboarded import partners and established a national sales structure, strengthened distributor capability, and guided ROI-based investment decisions. Before Bonduelle, he managed regional operations at Mars Wrigley, overseeing more than half of national turnover. He expanded outlet reach by 40% through new route-to-market models and revitalized underperforming territories.
Earlier at Danone Baby Nutrition (owners of Fan Milk), Michael led the national sales strategy for Aptamil and Cow & Gate baby foods, driving €4 million in revenue and 15% market share within two years. His redesign of Danone’s route-to-market model and distributor performance systems significantly improved coverage and sales productivity. His cross-border contribution to Danone extended into Ghana where he identified, assessed and onboarded distributor partners as well as instituting KPI-driven performance monitoring.
Michael began his career with Guinness and then Reckitt where he developed his foundation in van sales supervision, retail development and market execution.

Michael has an MBA, Business Administration & Marketing from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and is a Certified Management Professional (CMP-UK) | LBBS, UK and a Member, Africa Institute of Public Administration (AIPA).
Yusuff Isiaka is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience across supply chain finance, financial control, and commercial strategy within multinational FMCG environments. With a strong track record in process optimisation and systems implementation, Yusuff has delivered measurable results, including over ₦300 million in waste reduction, reduced factory production cost variance from 12% to under 5%, and realised millions in cost savings through material price renegotiation, working capital reduction, and efficiency projects.
With over 35 years of experience, Yusuff Isiaka has contributed immensely to the corporate industry. His contributions include delivering N139 million in efficiency savings, increasing business margin by 2%, and reducing the cost of sales by approximately N35 million through improved material price forecasting at Grand Cereals Limited, where he worked as a Financial Controller and later Supply Chain Finance Controller. At The Lacasera Company (JOTNA Group), where he worked as a Supply Chain Financial Controller, Yusuff successfully reduced business waste by over ₦300 million, minimised production cost variances, and led a successful SAP Go-Live implementation.
